Yes. The Moisture Lock™ Collection is formulated for all curl types: from soft spirals and loose waves to dense coils. If you have a thicker hair type or tighter, Type 4 curl, you will want to leave the Leave-In Conditioner or other conditioner on for a few extra minutes.

Yes. Moisture Lock™ is suitable for wavy, Type 2 hair. We recommend the lightest formulas in the line so waves stay hydrated without being weighed down.

For wash-day conditioning, the Whipped Curls Daily Conditioner & Primer doubles as a rinse-out conditioner or a styling primer, so waves get a soft, hydrated base before styling. Reserve the heaviest options (Curl Butter, Mongongo Oil) for mid-lengths and ends only, applied sparingly, unless your waves trend dry.

Yes, and the process is simple. Prime damp hair with the Moisture Lock™ Leave-In Conditioner or Whipped Curls Daily Conditioner & Primer to lock in moisture and encourage curl formation. Yes. The Ultra-Nourishing Cleansing Oil Shampoo is built on a blend of passionfruit and acai berry oils, mafura butter, and the brand's CR-4 Repair Complex. It is formulated without sulfates, non-water-soluble silicones, parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, petroleum, and gluten, so it cleanses without stripping moisture and is gentler than a traditional shampoo. 

We recommend shampooing 2-3 times per week, conditioning every wash (and more often between washes for thicker hair or tighter curls), and co-washing or refreshing in between. If you work out daily or use heavy stylers, you can comfortably reach for this shampoo more often than a traditional one.
