FedEx Ground is Ouidad’s standard delivery service. FedEx Ground service is currently available for delivery to residential addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and U.S. Post Office Boxes.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders received by 9am EST are shipped by the end of the next business day. Note that the estimated delivery times below include order processing time.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Ouidad orders containing the following items are not eligible for expedited or air delivery service:

The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts air shipments of items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. These items must be shipped by ground-only transport. Shipments containing these products will be delivered via FedEx SmartPost or UPS Ground service. Regrettably, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any destination outside the continental U.S.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Live outside the U.S.? Ouidad.com is actively working on international shipping, and will resume international shipping in the near future.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:
